- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm very disappointed. I come here because this is an AAHA Accredited Hospital. I'll start by saying that my dogs are fine. Both had dental care, one had extractions, one had dentistry and masses removed... their care was fine. The problems are with customer service and communication. I never got phone calls after anesthesia, I had to call to find out that they were fine and that I could pick them up. When I picked up, the doctor had no time to speak with me, nor did a technician. The receptionist didn't give me take home instructions, other than to feed like normal. My dogs vomited all night the first night. They waited three days to call me to check in after the procedures, my dogs had been vomiting, but again, the receptionist didn't have an answer as to what I should do. i had to ask for blood work prior to anesthesia. I didn't get any pain meds for dental extractions and mass removals..???? I am disappointed....I spend a lot of money for the pleasure of being treated like they could care less if I ever come in again.July 25, 2017by Kellie Garris
